IEE: Independent Educational Evaluation

Parents may request and IEE if they feel that the district evaluation results are in question. Should the district be in agreement with supporting additional assessment via an IEE parents identify a provider in agreement with the District. As an experienced  teacher, school psychologist, and administrator I understand the need for objectivity and sensitivity when completing IEEs.

Regardless of the concern, I provide a comprehensive and practical report for the family and district. IEEs are authorized and paid for at public (district) expense. While I am a neutral third party, I will be paid directly through a contract with the district/educational entity for a flat-fee price.
